30 Minute Doula Consultation

Cancellation Policy

I offer these consultations as a way to connect, share, and get to know what you may need on your journey. Because this service is free, I ask that we both honor the time and energy it takes to hold this space together. Booking: Consultations are scheduled in advance so that I can give you my full attention and care. Please choose a time that you feel confident you can commit to. Rescheduling: Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer the time to someone else, or reschedule that time for other work. If something urgent comes up within that window, just reach out, we’ll find a way forward that works for both of us. Cancellations: If you know you can’t make it, please cancel as soon as possible. Missed appointments without notice make it harder for others to access this service, so I ask that you only book when you’re sure you can attend. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, I’ll do my best to make use of the remaining time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule so the session still feels grounded and unrushed. Community Care: This service works best when we honor each other’s time. Every consultation you attend makes space for connection and growth, and every cancellation you communicate makes space for someone else. Thank you for being part of this rhythm of care.
